Hello!  Thank you for visiting my website. A  little about myself. The call to massage therapy began in the early 2000s. I sought the help of doctors for nearly 6 years for chronic pain and regular migraines.  It was common for me to get a migraine every 3 days that would last for 3 days.  My longest migraine lasted , 9 days .   It was awful and scary. My children were young and my everyday life was interrupted by debilitating pain in my head, joints , body, everywhere! My visits to my Doctor became regular with no help in sight.  I had numerous tests, and even a CAT scan.  I thought for sure I was doomed.  It was frustrating.  There was nothing visibly wrong,  so talking with people about my pain was difficult because I looked fine . I hadn’t been injured in an accident, I hadn’t fallen or was never hospitalized. One single trip to a Reflexology practitioner sent me in the right direction for recovery and on to my new career, eventually .  I became immediately fascinated by the strength of not only the physical body, but the power of the mind and strength of my spirit! Armed with the knowledge I now have, I have not had a migraine since 2009. I started Missoula Massage and Body Care Clinic in hopes of saving the day for each and every person that spends time on my table! Each massage is intentional and customized for what is happening for you that particular day. Change is constant and progressive, so no two massages sessions are the same, even for the returning client. I strongly believe in the ability of the body to heal itself. I look forward to meeting you and working with you to improve your daily physical and mental well being.
